Trench art, 1943 artillery shell lower section with holed brass shell fitted inside and this with a rod to which is attached a brass fighter aircraft, missing propeller; a crudely cast brass base with RAAF badge, in the centre is provision for a photo and at one end is a curved rod to which is attached a brass and white metal WWII bomber aircraft, some propellers loose; a small crudely cast brass ashtray with resting provision for three cigarettes. Poor - very good, a good restoration project. (
