Questions

What exactly is a monitor?
A standing search across every house we index: keywords, categories, states, estimate bands, estate-only, or a whole house. When new catalogue material matches, you get an email at your chosen cadence. One email per digest, never one per lot.
Can I try one on the free plan?
Yes. Free includes one preset watch from a curated set, delivered weekly. Building your own search, instant alerts and running more than one come with Collector.
What does “instant” mean?
Within fifteen minutes of us detecting the change. Catalogues are re-fetched around the clock; the matcher runs every quarter hour.
Why is the free estate feed delayed?
Because the entire value of an estate alert is being early. The free delay is the honest version of a paywall: same data, just later.
Do you take bids or sell anything?
Never. Every lot links straight to the auction house. We sell attention and history, not lots, which is why the houses have no quarrel with us.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Subscriptions are monthly through Stripe, cancel in one click from your account. Your monitors pause rather than vanish.
