Tasmania pre c1900 TAS Permanent Artillery cap/collar/epaulette bade. Also worn by Torpedo Troops. Brass finish, c38mm, 2 lugs to rear of badge. Tarnished finish now has copper appearance but brass finish remains in places. GC. See Grebert pg 297. Rare.
