A LETTER HOME John Mulheron, of Windsor NSW, writes in Sept.1853 to his "Dear Brother" : "....if you determine on comeing to this Countrey go to the Bishop and he will direct you how to come to this Country as you must bare in minde I am advanced in years and getting past labouring hard, but if you come fear not but you will do well. Any industreous person can do well here either labourer or tradesman of any description not to speak of our gold mines which I believe are inexaustable.
