Antique sterling silver English cigar case with enamel decoration of crossed flags with inscription "YACHT 'UIRA' SEASON 1901-2, 16 STARTS. 10 FIRSTS, 2 SECONDS, 1 THIRD.", made by William Neale of Chester, circa 1902, 9cm high, 118 grams. The “Uira” was built for Gideon Palmer of Melbourne by Bailey Bros., Auckland, New Zealand, and launched in 1896.
