An antique English spring table clock in ebonized fruitwood case with brass bound single pad top and bail carrying handle, fish scale sound frets, standing on bracket feet. Original convex painted enamel dial with Roman numerals and maker's details "ARCH' JON' CURRIE, London". Blue steeled bregette style moon hands with strike/no strike lever above the 12. Eight day time and bell striking fusee movement with trip repeat and verge escapement. Back plate with wavy border decoration, circa 1805.
