A Georgian spring table clock in ebonized bell-top case with break arch dial, strike silent subsidiary, recessed maker's plate "PAUL RIMBAULT, LONDON", date aperture above the "6" and silver chapter ring with Roman numerals and Arabic minute track. Fusee and bell striking movement with trip repeat, verge escapement and engraved border to the back plate, circa 1780, attractive small size 46cm high overall, dial 21 x 15cm.
