Militaria: Argentina, Model 1909 short sword bayonet with steel blade stamped on the ricasso on one side, 'Modelo Argentino 1909', and on the other side is the maker's name, 'Weyersburg Kirschbaum & Co, Solingen', with metal guard, this numbered A01236, with timber and steel handle, the steel pommel stamped RA on one side, with steel scabbard also numbered A01236. The metal toned and some silvering to pommel missing, otherwise very good.
