2 · 1877 - 1890 group of (6) double-page illustrations from the periodicals, including "The Foul - A Coxswain's Nightmare on the eve of the University Boat Race" from "The Graphic" 1877; "A Country Cricket Match" by John Reid, from "Harper's Weekly 1879; "Steeplechasing - The First Over the Fence" from "The Graphic" 1881; "Trotting in America - Mr. Bonner's Breeding and Training Establishment" from "The Illustrated Sporting and Dramatic News" 1884; and 2 others. Each overall approx. 40 x 55cm.

3 · ICE SKATING: SYDNEY SKATING RINK 1907 "Admission Ticket No.520" gilt metal fob on a linked chain. The Sydney Glaciarium was opened to the public on the afternoon of 25 July 1907 in front of an estimated 2000 spectators. It was the first indoor skating rink in New South Wales. It closed down in 1955.

4 · SPORTS IN INDIA: 1929 Christmas card (with photograph of the course from the Royal Calcutta Golf Club; a 31st Dec.1931 pass to the "Enclosure" for the Calcutta Light Horse Sports Club; Calcutta Football Club 1934 Season's Enclosure Ticket (Ladies). (3 items).

5 · CITY OF MELBOURNE - SPORTS FACILITIES: 1932 (Dec.15) scale drawing by Staff Surveyor for "Amateur Sport Ground/Recreation Reserve/City of Melbourne/Parish of Melbourne North/County of Bourke" bounded by Swan Street to the North, Batman Avenue to the South and West and Punt Road to the East, the plans featuring a Motordrome and Sports Ground on the eastern side and a cricket oval on the western side; issued by Authority of "HJ Green, Govt Printer", framed and glazed, overall 72 x 114.5cm.

6 · c.1935 "Les Sports" - a series of five gouache designs by French commercial artist Louis Gougeon, each (9.5 x 6.5cm), comprising L'aquaplane, La course à pied, Le golf, Le tennis & Le ski, each signed in the image by Gougeon, all laid down on original card mounts, with the wax paper guards intact, each overall 19.5 x 14.5cm.

7 · WALTER LINDRUM: c.1940s Toohey's Ltd publication "Billiards and Snooker" by Walter Lindrum with 'Practice Shot' diagrams and photographs of Lindrum at play, 68pp softbound, 18.5 x12cm, fine condition.
